Brycetech: Copyright Information

Brycetech was made for the Bryce community (as well as others) to enjoy and learn from.

To protect the copyright to the images and ideas found on Brycetech, the following applies and supercedes any agreements previously made.  This will not effect the normal users of Brycetech who visit in good faith to view the tutorials, play the games, view the gallery, etc. This page indicates which works on this site are considered "public domain" and which works and ideas remain the property of the creator. Be aware that a copy of the entire site Brycetech and all 3d program files that were used in creating the images has been stored for future legal reference if the need should ever arise to prove copyright infringement.

No image in the Main Gallery, Wartrek Gallery, Babylon5 Gallery, Driven, or any other page of Brycetech may be used in any way without prior written consent.

The idea for Driven and all images therein (excluding the images that were allowed for use by other artists, these items remain the property of those artists) remain the property of the creator of Brycetech.  Driven MAY NOT be distributed for profit in any means without prior written consent from Brycetech's administrator AND the prior written consent of any other artists whose art appear in the distributed version.

The idea for Wartrek and all associated 3D models remain the property of Brycetech and may not be distributed for profit IN ANY MEANS.  The model available for download may be used privately, but may not be used for profit.

The copyright for the thumbnails used for the links in the Amazing Links area of Brycetech belong exclusively to the creator of the image. To use those images you must contact their creator.

Some of the images that may be considered public domain and freely used by any visitor in good faith are listed below. These files are intended to be used as textures for 3D models and are found on the spaceship textures tutorial of Brycetech. If the file is not within the following lists, it may not be used in print, reference, texture, reproduced or redistributed in any manner without the prior written consent of the administrator of Brycetech.

The image map available as a rain texture in the rain tutorial is considered "public domain" and may be used freely as long as it (rainmap.jpg) is not distributed for profit.  Any image it is used in is fully copyright protected by the artist that created it.

The model which can be downloaded for the advanced texture tutorial and all textures included with starfury.zip are considered public domain and may be used freely.

The cloud material and the cloud file may be used freely in any image.

The Brycetech Logo may be used freely by anyone in good faith as a link to Brycetech. It may be reduced in size for quicker loading if desired but may not be altered in any other way as a link to this site's pages.
